Reservation Policy
All reservations for Club Social events must be made through the main office. Reservations are accepted Monday through Friday from 9:00-5:00.
A 48-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all functions with food and beverage service provided. Cancellations less that 48 hours (two full business working days) in advance are subject to each person being charged one-half (1/2) of the price of the event. Reservations and special requests will be honored in the order they are received.
When reserving space for a Club sponsored event, where tickets have been pre-purchased or reserved, each Member shall be charged immediately for the entire purchase price at the time the reservation is made. No refunds will be issued at any time; however Members will retain the right to take possession of the ticket(s).
