Originally from Connecticut, AJ fell in love with the game of golf in high school and by 16-years-old finished 7th in the CT state tournament. After working countless hours to improve his game, AJ graduated high school as an all-conference, all-state, and played in the 2018 individual Connecticut Class S State Championship. After spending six years gaining experience at the prestigious course, Brooklawn Country Club, AJ left Connecticut to pursue his golf career around the country.

AJ joined the Island Country Club team in October 2021 as a level 1 PGM. He continues working towards becoming a class A professional, with dreams of one day being ranked one of the best teaching professionals in the world.
