Keith was fortunate enough to grow up on Kiawah Island off of the coast of Charleston, SC. He sttarted working at the Kiawah Island Club as a dishwasher in 1980 and worked his way up the ranks to dining room captain. Left Kiawah when he was 20 to work for the Hilton Hotel Corp. He worked as a dining room manager at properties in Texas, Longboat Key Florida, and Sanibel Florida. While living on Sanibel and he was offered a dining room manager position, at what was then, a brand-new club in Naples, called Countryside Country Club and there till 1993. He decided to give up management for a bit and worked at Port Royal Club, Royal Poinciana, and Quail creek as a server and supervisor then was offered a job at Fox fire as the Director of Food and Beverage through 2004. After Foxfire moved on to Naples Lakes as the Director of Food & Beverage from 2004-2013. 2013 he was hired as the dining room manager at Hideaway Beach Club, 2014 promoted to Director of Food and Beverage and in 2015 promoted to Clubhouse Manager. Keith is married to his lovely wife Carmen and they have 6 children, 4 of which live in Naples and 6 grandchildren, all of which live in Naples. He loves to spend time with his grandkids, boating, traveling and just enjoying each day with his wife.
